Review on QUANTITIES TrackmateGPS Concealable Waterproof Motorcycle by Sean Maples

I just had trouble in the beginning. But be aware. The GPS tracked despite software bugs and original technical issues I had. They called me and emailed me. Every time I showed them a problem, they worked on it. Sometimes they tell you they will call you back but sometimes it takes 3 days to do so. But there comes a point where letting them know what's going on will really activate them. I had speed, GPS wasn't accurate, plan rate issues, notification issues, etc. I was angry and even set up a refund through Revain. Literally a month later I can say I am happy and wouldn't change their service. The device is small and fits well in my ZX14 and Honda Shadow bike. It's really well tracked when things get resolved through their tech support. I don't know if I annoyed them enough, but I can say that the last issue I had was with the time and date in the notifications. They responded to my email very quickly and fixed everything. I love it. The device works great, the data plan is affordable and the different service levels are really very useful if you want silence and many other features. I wish their installation guide had some photos of how the device is finally installed and the direction of the pigtail, as well as a YouTube video. This will save them a lot of headaches when technicians misinterpret their written instructions. My bikes lasted up to a week and a half. None of the batteries were dead. The GPS software also has the option to add a low battery notification. I've set mine pretty high and haven't received one yet. My bikes start every time without any problems after landing. I've been told this device will kill my battery, but that's not the case. So, no fear. There are a lot of motorcycle thefts in my area and the police don't care so this is very important as it tells you when the ignition is on or off and it also notifies you when your motorcycle leaves a certain fenced off area ( in my case my house). ). A big plus for me as I know if my bikes are being taken from my house or if everyone tows me and the bike is stolen somewhere else, well I can track it down and return it. Great Great Peace. 5 stars, their service and their now very responsive tech support have earned my trust and cannot recommend them highly enough. TrackmateGPS is the best. Old rating. My mind has changed. But if you have problems. Contact you. They will fix it. Very responsive once you get their attention. Try someone else. The speed is wrong (my cruiser won't go faster than 90 mph even though the GPS says I hit 151 mph) totally useless if I ever have to fight over speeding. I have 2 units but one is always 2 blocks apart and both bikes are next to each other. The same installation process followed. I work with high voltage and low voltage wiring for a living so no novice here can install it properly. Your tech support is the kind of person who will say everything is working fine on their system and will call you back after investigating, but they never do. You ask them to change plans and fix something and they tell you everything is done and fine. They look like your bank account and they charge you about $400 instead of a little over $100 because the plan hasn't really changed. Somehow their system shows that the devices are working properly. I had to receive track signals every 3 seconds. I was not tracked, but notifications are delayed every 3-5 minutes. I called them and their investigation says the system is monitoring every 3 seconds but you can look at the website portal when they tell you this and you just feel duped and helpless. Likewise. I gave a low rating based on that and you know what. They don't allow it to be published publicly on their site. You will only find 5 star reviews. You are mean. To stay updated.
