Review on 🌱 Environmentally-Friendly EcoSafe 2.6 Gallon Compostable EcoBio Bags: 25-Count by Carri Taylor

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Bags decompose almost as quickly as compost, so they don't usually stay in the bin and often fail when you empty it.

I have these bags and use them in my compost bin. I don't like her very much. They fit very well in a container, almost perfectly, but they need to be a bit larger so they can be tied at the top when full. This is a bit of a problem because when they are full they will be quite heavy so I don't fill them all the way. My main issues with these bags are that they leak and degrade too quickly. Before they are even half full with regular plant material, the bag will begin to decompose like compost in a bag. As the contents become moldy and decompose, liquid will flow out of the bag into the container, and the bag will decompose and fall apart when it's time to empty the container. The bags are not that cheap and since they are starting to fall apart I have to start using 2 of them at a time. I hope this helps, but bags will run out very quickly. Overall I will be using the bags until I am done but I am hoping they will come with a new product as I believe they will be discontinued.
