It doesn’t vibrate like I thought it would!

Bought this for baby, because I thought it would vibrate when you pull the scrunched dangling strings at the bottom. But still give it 4 stars cas baby likes it. Although I was disappointed, because that was the only reason I purchased this toy.

Love this toy! Bright and colorful and the babies love it.

Cons
