I had just completed my Masters when I purchased this item so had plenty of free time and no hobbies to talk about. As I was scrolling through lists and listings of needlework products, I came across this cross stitch and fell in love. My favorite bird and flower! I bought it without hesitation and when I received it I quickly realized what I had done to myself. I have ZERO cross stitch experience. After watching a few YouTube videos and following the instructions, I started making mistakes along the way. The ONLY negative I have to say is that the two needles that came with them broke pretty quickly, although I can't tell if that's because they're cheap or I'm just inexperienced. This will certainly take some time as a beginner, but it's a lot of fun and I can't wait to see the final product.
