Hello, this works and does what it is supposed to. But I can barely hear the faint high-frequency noise coming from this thing when connected to my Surface Pro 6. It's imperceptible until you put your ear to it, but can be annoying after a few hours of use, so be careful. I wouldn't use it often because of that fact.
