Review on GISSAR by Agonia Pedrosa

Using GISSAR as a purchasing platform was a very aggravating experience for me. The fact that I could purchase from the comfort of my own home was a huge benefit; however, the low quality of their products as well as the difficulties I had using their website rendered the whole experience pointless. To begin, the website was sluggish and cumbersome to use, which made it difficult for me to locate the information I required. When I did eventually get around to making a purchase, the item that was shipped to me was nothing at all like what I had anticipated receiving. There was a lack of consistency in both the colors and the craftsmanship. When I attempted to get a refund by contacting customer support, I was met with lengthy wait times and representatives who were unable to assist me. It took several weeks before my problem was solved, and even after it was, I had to jump through a number of hoops in order to get my money returned. In general, my experience with GISSAR was a source of frustration and was not worth the trouble that it required. I would not suggest this online store to anyone looking for a trustworthy purchasing experience because it does not meet my expectations.
