
I've had this for a few weeks now, took it as an extra charger to carry in my Go2 bag so I've only had it 4 or 5 times used. A few days ago I noticed the smell of burnt electronics coming from the charger. I checked, it was very hot. I disabled it and the Windows battery status icon changed from charging to "battery missing" after 3 reboots. Windows has started recognizing the battery again. Coincidence? Possibly, but I strongly suspect this charger almost fried my tablet. It looks like the protection systems it contains are poorly constructed. Went back to the factory charger and haven't had any issues since. Sure, it's cheap, but there aren't that many tablets out there. Consider your decision carefully, it could work for you for many years or just burn up your battery.
