I waited a couple of weeks after receiving the shipment for assembly and was disappointed to find that one of the parts of the chair base was almost completely broken. in the middle (see the first two photos). Too bad I waited until I needed it to assemble it. I still have high hopes for the product so I ordered a replacement. Review will be updated upon receipt of replacement.**UPDATE**Replacement arrived today. The box looked quite battered so I was worried it would be damaged as well, but as soon as I opened it I could see something was wrong. This set came less assembled - all cushions were packed separately and the wooden parts were also in separate boxes. So, as far as I could tell, my original delivery must have been a return. The buyer may have made an assembly error and simply returned it with an incorrect reason for the return. The process wasn't fun, but what I have today meets all my expectations. It's not the best product, but it's not what I paid for. One of the parts of the arm isn't perfectly aligned and the arm pads keep popping out (this may stop after some use) but overall it exceeds my expectations for what I spent! As long as it lasts long enough to get through my breastfeeding days, I'm happy!
