Just received today. I think it was my fault, I didn't read the specs fully. Didn't know it was battery operated. The cable is very short. To toggle it on and off you need to be a tall woman to get to the top of the tree. Batteries could not be inserted. I can't open the lid. I hope my husband can when he gets home. While in thought will I return or leave. If I leave him, he definitely won't be the top of a tree.
