I have worn FJ Contour golf shoes for many years. I've played a lot of golf over the last few years. I walk most laps for a total of 7-8 miles per lap depending on the track. I saw Sketchers golf shoes and decided to give it a try. They weren't expensive and I have other Sketchers shoes. I was not disappointed. The shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortable. My legs would hurt after a lap walking with FJ, but with Sketchers it was like walking in tennis shoes. Grip is fantastic, feet no longer slip when swinging (sadly one less excuse for my bad game!). I've played over 20 rounds of golf with sketchers and they do a great job. Now I have to buy a waterproof pair when the track is wet. Definitely recommend!
