But of all the Products I've received for review, the Genie ReliaVolt Car Jump Starter is one of the best.First, the quality of this item is apparent from the moment you open the box. It's clearly well-made and sturdy. It comes with a carrying case, which is also well-made and sturdy. Now, anyone who has read any of my reviews knows that I have a pet peeve about poorly written User Manuals, especially those written by someone who has a poor grasp of the English Language. Well, that is not the case here. The Fourteen Page full-color booklet that comes with the Genie ReliaVolt is concise, informative and extremely helpful. Even of you know nothing about cars or batteries, the User Manual for this beauty will guide you through your first charge like you were a Pro.The Accessories that accompany the Genie ReliaVolt are also well made, durable and easy to use. There is a charge cable, to plug into an outlet to charge the Unit, an additional charge cable that is fitted to plug into your Car's cigarette lighter, a clearly coded (Black and Red) battery charge cable and even a cable to charge your cell phone, which features plugs for four different sized charger types. In short, they really could not have thought of much more.The ReliaVolt charged up even quicker than the manual said it would, and I got my chance to test it when a neighbor stopped me in the Parking Lot to ask me if I had a jump cable. "I've got something better than that", I answered, confident that the ReliaVolt would perform as promised. The Genie ReliaVolt performed like a champ, and jump charged my neighbors battery in just a few moments.Needless to say, I am very, very happy with the Genie ReliaVolt Car Jump Starter. I intend to keep it charged and ready in my car trunk for the next time I need a jump, or even if one of my neighbors need a jump. As I said, my honest assessment of the Genie ReliaVolt Car Jump Starter is that it is one of the best products I've ever received from Revain for review, and if I could give it Ten Stars, I would. As it is, my rating is Five Stars, and very well deserved.
