I bought another company for a more reasonable price, where 3 mg was enough for me. But I still put 5, because there is still an effect and I took it with a good discount =) Some pros: In general, good melatonin. In the morning, the head is instantly light, as if 100% slept, although this is not always the case =) Cons: As it turned out, I don’t really like this format of tablets = (still, it’s more convenient in the form of capsules. And for some reason, 5 mg is not enough for me, I have to take two tablets. Well, it’s expensive, what’s there, even for one tablet a day .
