I bought this for a lemon. I had a mortar and pestle but wanted something to make it into a finer powder rather than crushed chunks. Rschunimagu. When the power button works, it works great. I swear this thing worked for me partially, but every time someone else has used it, it has worked. Rschunimagu. It was like the power went out and I couldn't turn it back on. Mine is fine - I just had to try to grind the amount faster to keep the auto-off from taking effect. It did the job and would recommend this product to anyone with dry herbs. Anything with moisture, I understand why people weren't so happy because I saw it was likely to get stuck or get stuck inside. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it shows that the opening on the front is covered by a lid, but no matter what you do when you remove the lid things fly all over the place. Make sure you have a tray or plate or something similar if you plan to use this.
