What's not to like? My first experience with double induction and I like it very much: apart from the stovetop, the surface of the device does not heat up. The cooking time has been significantly reduced. In fact, I'm considering replacing my 4 burner hob and going with this 2 burner hob. It has a large burner and a small burner, which is enough for me for everyday cooking. Disclosure: I'm single and tend to cook in large batches: I cook 16 cups of brown rice in a large pot and freeze it in 1-cup containers once it cools. The same goes for tomato sauce, oatmeal and meat sauce. I use my microwave and toaster for everyday cooking. I really like this Cuisinat hob. margin
