It is very easy and straightforward for me. I really love it since everything has been organized in clear format with step-by-step video instructions which are highly recommended for beginners like me who have no working skill before but willing to learn. The only thing I dislike when I installed this app was all of my information from previous month still showing up even after deleting them in other apps. If not checked there will be nothing left after installing in new computer unless backed up or imported from cloud storage accounts (like Google Drive). Be careful with importing files because all deleted data may come back if unchecked. The price seems high however is worth once fully utilize its functionality. The benefit would definitely bring more profit for us. When searching our building space we can now use google map view for finding office location. In addition we also able to get accurate inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment management. The most helpful thing about this program is that it allows for multiple users to access the same program at once. This makes it easier to use when there are more than one person using the system. I would like to see an option to have a different user profile setup so that each user can work with a separate set of documents. It is great to be able to share information between employees of the company. It also helps keep track of all of our cleaning jobs in one place.
