Easy to use and saves a lot of time. I turn my salad twice. I buy a lot of lettuce because we eat lettuce every day and it's much fresher and cheaper to cut your own lettuce than to buy packets. I take the basket out of the spin dryer and throw in the chopped lettuce to wash it. Then I put it in a slingshot and spin it, then I fluff the lettuce, drain the water and spin it again. My salad is getting so dry. It stays fresh and lasts much longer. love this product
