Medium could not be loaded. Somewhat inferior junk from a once respected manufacturer.1. As you can see in the photo, the right handle differs significantly from the left. I figured it would be an easy fix, so I took a hex wrench and removed the handle, assuming I could move it properly. Imagine my anger when I realized this was impossible! The stock has no opportunity to make minor corrections to the position.2. Leaks at the lift stuffing box.3. The retractable lift arm is misaligned so you will need to adjust it so it snaps back into place when using the stopper.4. The instructions are printed in the smallest font imaginable and the illustrations are so small that they are unusable. The pop-up fixer doesn't work. I've tried and tried everything. Currently held down with a clothespin until I can get a better part.6. The installation was done by a licensed plumber, so none of this is an unsuspecting consumer. Since I paid a lot of money for the installation, even if I have to remove it, clean it and send it back for a refund, I will lose.7. Worse!
