If you've bought a lot of Columbia winter gear over the years, you pretty much know what to expect. You were no exception. The quality was excellent as I expected and the warmth was exceptional. The only thing that bothered me was that they looked a little small; However, when my husband tried them on, he thought they fit. With that in mind I would say the size is right but they fit snugger than most gloves of this type. I would say the snug fit makes it better suited for winter riding than typical winter/snow gloves. As for the company, I don't think it came directly from Revain and I was very pleased with the speed with which it was delivered. .
