Had a spot that looked and felt like melted plastic on front of shirt

I liked the fit and feel of the fabric, but it had a spot that looked and felt like melted plastic on front of shirt.
I didn't have time to get replacement, so returned for a refund.

Pros

Nice shirt. Chiffon feels nice. Lightweight

Cons

Beautiful blouse, but I always wear a med and this blouse fit like Large

The shirt is a little short in the sleeves but if you roll them it doesnt matter. Other than that the shirt is great. Its not too tight and not too big. I like them a little loose and this is perfect for me
