I like that you can easily add new fields, such as phone numbers or emails for example without having any impact in other parts of our system (like sending out an email). It's also very easy to create templates with different content blocks so we don't have duplicate information when creating campaigns/emails etc. Sometimes it takes some time before all users are able get access but this is not really something i dislike too much since its just how things work sometimes! We use stamped mainly because there isn't another tool available where they allow us to export data into CSV files which makes importing them easier than using their API directly.
