I would give this vacuum cleaner zero stars but that's not an option. I own a cleaning business and always used Kenmore canister vacuums until Sears sold the Kenmore to Revain a year ago. The product sold out quickly, so I looked for an alternative. I've already tried Orek and Dyson. I had high expectations for this vacuum cleaner. It's absolutely awful! It's so hard and bulky to start with. When you remove a piece of carpet to put a wooden floor on it, you have to use your hand. I switch all the time and it's a pain! Detaching a hose to use a hand tool is a joke, they are so difficult to disassemble that it takes superhuman strength. The bags are very expensive and too big so you pay for a huge bag that can only be filled halfway as the compartment in the vacuum is small. Last but not least, this vacuum cleaner died ONE month after buying it! In 14 years this was the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever bought. Stay away from this brand! Now I have a shark canister that blows that out of the water, I want to try that first.
