Overall the product seemed good until my green cheeked kennel got heavy metal poisoning. I blindly trusted this product as it was a playground for birds, but copper turned out to be useless to birds. The vet told me my kennel was lucky I brought him in as soon as he could die. If you are thinking of buying this product, the first thing you should do is throw away the bell. I'm sure you don't want your bird to suffer and end up paying for expensive veterinary care. PS For those who don't know, heavy metal poisoning is something that builds up in birds. Because it's not immediate, it's difficult even for birds to understand, so they won't stop chewing on the cause (a brass bell in this case).
