Slow response and wrong directions
The product turns on slowly and has some delays. I've been using it for a while and often it gives me directions after I've already gone through my exit. The window frame broke within a week. I'm not an empress at all in that regard, and I still end up using my phone to get where I need to go. I feel like it's a waste of time and money. I've had other models that worked well but this one doesn't live up to the name or reputation. I would not buy this brand again.
