Review on Smartflow by David Causillas

The Smart flow is really good platform for marketing and sales departments. It’s easy to use and helps in tracking and managing campaigns very easily. We are using this system as an email marketing automation tool and it has been working well for us so far. I have no major dislikes about smart flow. The only problem we faced was with email campaigns. So, I would say if you're looking for a simple and effective email marketing software then I would definitely recommend Smart Flow. We are solving our customer engagement problems by sending out personalized emails to them. This helps in creating a strong relationship between our brand and the customers. Also, this helps in increasing their lifetime customer value. The ability to do complex workflows in different platforms, such as SAP or Salesforce. Also they have some very useful APIs for integration with other systems/apps. You will need experience of using smart flow tool for its full potential to be achieved. We are solving our business problems by automating manual processes which has reduced our human errors thereby improving our quality control process.
