When the starter toner cartridge ran out I thought I would save some money and buy cartridges from this other brand. Print quality was good with the introductory HP toner, but when I printed with a different toner, the pages kept appearing skewed - lines of text were stretched or squashed. Just to make sure that the new cartridge or other components are ok, I took a close look and even opened another toner cartridge and put it in the printer. Same problem: distorted print quality. I have to assume the problem is with the other brand of toner cartridges as I've only encountered the problem with them. I've learned my lesson and will not be buying this brand again.
