Kettle looks nice but I wouldn't buy it again for the following reasons: - Base, switch and top of handle are cheap plastic - Lid is lame. very hot (the handle that doesn't burn your hand seems like a pretty basic feature) - the lid is so tight that when you pull it out water squirts out which is dangerous - you know it's a kettle and stuff - next time I would buy a shorter and stockier kettle as it is much easier to fill. The kettle doesn't have an external indicator of how full it is, so its shape makes it difficult to see what's inside when filling. to make sure you don't get the maximum score. That's all I want to think about before buying. I would not buy again.
