Great Software & Customer Service: Vettd
It was easy to use with our current employees, but it also has helped me grow my business even more since I am the only one in charge of this system now! The customer service from their team can be very helpful if you need any assistance outside of normal hours or just have questions regarding your account. There wasn't anything bad about using VETTD. Their software works as described and they are always updating it for us so we don't miss too much. We were able to track all of our applicants' information into 1 place (this helps with keeping everything organized).
Pros
- Easy interface
- Very convenient process when applying candidates through email/texting them directly.
- Can apply new jobs at anytime during working day without having an appointment set up beforehand
- Allows multiple users access within each firm that uses vetting services which is great because many firms will work together instead hiring separate companies
Cons
- Good but not great
