It is thin enough to hold comfortably during conversations and other activities. This obviously won't be as good as the cases that have a smooth back. Cardholders work great. The card holder on the fold side is a little tight for my credit card and can be difficult to remove. The magnetic back works well with the in-car magnetic phone holder. Cons: I don't really like the fit. It's not as accurate as the other Spigen I have. The cutouts seem to be a bit off. I noticed it while loading. Overall decent but might consider something else because of the fit.
