I love that they offer both single server MySQL compatibility along side their cloud version which has some really handy features like automatic fail over clustering etc! It's not very easy set up initially but once your running everything seems pretty straight forward (at least from my experience). They also have an excellent community support forum where other users are happy enough just answering questions rather than trying sell services or products!! If using them solely out off price then use what works best - if cost isn't too much factor look at Amazon RDS instead otherwise go full MongoDB/Couchbase direction.
