This machine works well once you figure out how to use it. The instructions are totally inadequate. I made a short video to help other people use the machine properly which I have attached to this review for anyone who might want to see. Windows aren't 100% perfect, but they're much, much better than my personal best window cleaning time, and that's all that matters.
