Says 90 day warranty. My rear drivers side wheel .

Says 90 day warranty. My rear drivers side wheel fell off, the screw holding the wheel on busted off clean with the plastic. There is no way to extract the screw. I wasn't jumping the car or anything, just driving in the grass. There is no phone number or anyway to get in touch with keliwow to get help.
