I'm still looking for that substitute player.
I had problems with the car, but I don't care about returns. Not sure if it's the machine or my tapes, but so far every tape I've put in has played for a while and then cut off. If you rewind the image while it's moving, when you put it back into play mode, it's a black screen again. The sound is perfect. The seller shipped it correctly and securely and it was as described.
