This has helped a lot with my pelvic ligaments, mine are very tight and I am currently undergoing physical therapy to improve them. The massager works great on muscles like the iliotibial band that are more difficult to massage manually. I have had no issues with numbness in my hands while using this massager. Due to the multiple massage heads, very light pressure is required to get the job done. The weight is light and well balanced for something with such a large battery and motor. The massager was delivered uncharged and took longer than stated in the packaging, 6 hours to charge. However, I've been using it every day for about 2 weeks and it's still almost fully charged from the original charge. The metal stand only holds 4 heads and the kit comes with 6 which is a bit odd. The storage case is very nice, it fits all accessories and is strong enough to protect the massager when you want to take it on a trip. An added bonus is the ability to pretend you're James Bond or a ray gun.
