
Has some pros: The feeling is pleasant: not heavy, but not light either (read: not cheap). I liked using stainless steel: it doesn’t burn better than on enameled dishes, it’s easier to clean (with careful handling). The presence of silicone pads (these pads are removable from the covers) helps not to get burned. Some cons: As they say on the Internet: various traces appear (white dots inside) and stains in the metal (from the outside of the heating on the bottom). Probably some kind of reaction. Because there was no atypical use, probably the norm.
