Took forever to set up. But in the end I prevailed. The problem is not only with GrandStream, but also with VOIP.ms. Voice calls have been running without problems for several weeks. Sending a fax on line 2. Inbox works great. Outgoing calls sometimes drop out. Again, this is related to VOIP.ms, and it's just as likely (or more likely) that it's their service than the device causing the problems. I'm relatively sure that it would be easier and more reliable with T38.fax as the provider. But when I set the fax machine to the slowest speed and "international" mode, it seems to work fine, enough for a couple of faxes a year.
