Charging cradle doesn't fit the phone. In other words, the piece of metal that actually connects to the phone isn't long enough to stay attached to a full-size phone case. I gave it 3 stars because it would probably work just fine if I took my phone out of the case every time. I've used this type of cable before and it worked great. I think I'll try another manufacturer.
