I drank a whole pack and didn't gain a single pound just bloating and bloating. Also vanilla flavor is not natural, too sweet. After that I tried BSN True Mass and I've already put on a few pounds and mass with no bloating or gas and I love the taste of it. The taste of BSN vanilla ice cream is much better.
