In general I like the bag very much! It's cute, functional and incredibly spacious. I use it for work and I can put my laptop, charger, headphones, wallet, pencil case, agenda, water bottle, lotion, band aids, keys, feminine hygiene products and more in this bag! My biggest complaints: one of the panels has come off and I can't put it back on, and the straps aren't very comfortable (2 small ones). My shoulders hurt when I'm not carrying my bag properly, wish they had a little padding to help with that.
