When I bought my 2019 Accord I immediately bought this type of floor mat hoping that dirt would stay inside and not on the carpet. Well, I've found this style to be great, but there's always going to be junk on the carpet. It's inevitable and inevitable. Since I have a set of this type of rug to compare, I will do just that. Overall, these mats are the same thickness and fit in the car just as well as my previous set. The driver's side mat snaps into place to keep it in place while driving. This particular set is higher in the part that goes under the pedals but slightly shorter than my existing brand on the sides. I wish the sides were a bit taller, but that's definitely not the deciding factor. One thing I've noticed after owning my existing brand for about 1.5 years is that they do wear out and get a little slippery when they get wet. This brand put an alternating raised pattern/design on the underside of the mats and I believe this improves traction when the mats get wet. These mats are easy to put in the car, including the large rear mat. Removing the rear mat takes a bit of skill that you will develop over time. If you like the price of these rugs I highly recommend you buy them as they are absolutely as good as the other well known brands that are available.
