The sound quality in this headset is poor. To be honest I didn't think it would be great but given the cost I figured it would at least be decent. People have trouble hearing me as they tell me I sound muffled on calls and when using apps like Discord to chat. If you're looking for a cheap option that works, then this headset is for you. Overall, this is a cheap headset that doesn't work very well, and the instructions that come with it are mostly non-existent. I would not buy again due to the poor sound and voice quality.
