I like that it is scalable, easy to use with no coding required. It also has excellent support which makes working through any issues an easy process. Nothing really as of now but there are some features in development such as AI powered recommendations and recommendation scoring so these could be added soon. Easy tool to get insight into our customer data using custom dashboards we build ourselves or via their API's. We have used this mainly to identify areas where improvements can occur from customers' point-of -view and then create bespoke solutions/reports around those insights for management approval before implementing them internally (and hence impacting sales).
