This flowering gel has not flowered
First came the bottle with the brush cured product. I cleaned it for about 30 minutes to remove the hardened product and when I applied it to the pattern pen it didn't bloom. I followed the instructions, applied a thin layer (do not cure), applied color gel polish, cured according to the design. The paint just layed on top of the clear coat and didn't bleed or bloom at all.
