I like that you have all of your application logs in one place along with alerts which are easy to set up across multiple systems. Also having access from mobile makes this so much more useful as we do not always need our laptops available when using other applications such as Slack or HipChat where there may be issues around visibility/accessibility etc at times. It does take time getting used too but once its been setup everything else flows very easily! There aren't many things i dislike about Ems - however their customer support team could definitely improve!! Having an instant alert system means if anything happens then someone will pick right away unlike sending out emails over 30 minutes later sometimes meaning they've lost interest and moved onto something different by now. We use Emseverywhere internally alongside slack & hipchat and even though these services offer some features we require to troubleshoot problems quicker than waiting 24 hours sometimes before being fixed externally via.
