I ordered this bag after reading some bad reviews about a cheap product, especially the zippers, because I liked the design and size. I ordered a large 14" bag but received a significantly smaller one due to the size. So I paid more for what I got than I should have. Looks great but poor workmanship and the zippers are really crappy and don't last a week. I closed and unzipped once, plastic zippers didn't hold - there was nothing in the bag. Metal zippers are cheap and almost don't work - again they don't last long. The most interesting thing for me is that I before receiving the bag, received an email from the president of the company asking him to contact him directly if there were any problems, which I did upon receipt, their response: we can't help, take care So yeah, in my opinion, that's a piece of junk from China that I don't need because it's just a crappy fake Bagalini branded bag that, even though it's d Double the price, lasts more than a week. Worst purchase on Amazon. And crappy customer service.
