Too small and not so easy to clean

I have a small male chinchilla. He's been in it 3 times, but still prefers to use it as a ledge. I think the hole could be a little bigger. It's nicely made, durable, now it sometimes serves as a shelter and a ledge so I'm giving it 3 stars. If your chin really loves small spaces and hiding spots, this might be a good idea for you. :)
