So we bought it to save on parchment paper. I'll never be able to tear parchment paper properly. Plus it's a big ol' waste of paper. As this is only 1 point of use. I saw these silicone baking sheets and thought maybe I should give it a try. I baked my first batch of chocolate chip cookies on my baking mat and I can tell you these cookies baked to perfection and didn't stick. They slid right off the mat. The sizing rings were good and I plan on ordering another set for my other pan as I have done side by side with parchment paper and this mat and I love how the cookies turned out on this mat. No more parchment paper in a pear tree for me.
