After that my teeth became "flaky" along the gumline and by the end of the day my teeth looked dirty and dusty all over. I even tried using 2 tablets at the same time and it didn't help. I have a timer electric toothbrush that works well with regular toothpaste and Bite toothpaste chips. I haven't changed my cleaning habits with these pills. I wanted to try these tabs because they were cheaper than Bite and they still have the N-Ha I'm looking for. But these pills don't clean my teeth well even with an extra brushing cycle. Maybe they need more "grit"? Anyway, I'm not a fan. I would send them back, but I already threw away the box. Maybe I'll use them in addition to regular toothpaste or something.
