I like how neoris can help you to solve most of your problems regarding sap applications, but what i dislike is they are not flexible with change requests or new features request when there's any sort outages which we have at times because it works very well! But apart from this if u r looking for an excellent team then go ahead!! U will get all ur queries answered and solved by them as per their experience level so its best way forward. They work 24/7 365 days even during weekends. ! This saves my time since now am able only working 2-3 hours daily instead 8hours+working day. !! And also helps me reduce stress levels drastically hence more productive than before!
