I reinstalled the program in several ways.

I have reinstalled the program in various ways and I have always connected the USB stick and the camera to my computer. When I start the program, after about 1 minute, I get a popup message saying "No camera, please connect camera device" and when I click OK nothing appears, that's it. I also replaced the camera's USB cable, but the situation is the same. I think the camera is broken. can you exchange it please Many Thanks.
