It is difficult to open the packaging and separate 2 parts of the iPhone case.
I received my case today and tried to open the case myself. It was very difficult. I had to use a key to open it, the parts were difficult to see where they connected and I was afraid of damaging it. But I finally opened it. Looks good, but difficult to use at first. Haven't tried it yet but I hope it's as good as they described.
